Yes, that's the easiest way for a full listing. Create a folder, drop your photos in, and email us the link with your name and listing address. No upload form needed, no size limits.

What photo format or resolution do you need?

Any standard listing photo works: JPEG, PNG, HEIC, or WebP. MLS-quality files (1–5 MB) are ideal. No special resolution required; we'll let you know if a photo is too low-quality to stage well.

Can you stage rooms that already have furniture?

Yes. For furnished or occupied rooms we digitally remove the existing furniture and re-stage. Because that exposes flooring and walls the photo could not fully show, every re-staged image is held for a person to review, the surfaces shown are representative, the disclosure note says so, and the original photo always travels with it. We'll ask you to confirm the condition of anything hidden by furniture.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is per listing: C$100 for a standard listing (up to 10 staged images), then C$10 per image beyond that. Luxury homes or full occupied re-staging are Premium, from C$250. Your first image is free, and the final quote is confirmed before work begins.

What counts as one staged image?

Each delivered staged photo counts as one image toward your listing. Multiple angles of the same room are separate images if you want each staged. The first 10 are included in the base price; extras are C$10 each.

We confirm timing directly. Simple samples are often same-day when possible; larger listings depend on image count and review needs.

Is a revision included?

Yes, revisions are free for practical changes to realism, placement, style direction, or missed instructions. Additional images or a completely different direction may require a new quote.

Will the room look fake?

The goal is photorealistic: furniture is scaled to the room, placed against the correct walls, and lit to match the existing natural light. A real person reviews every image before delivery, and if it looks off, it gets held or re-done.

Does this guarantee MLS approval?

No. V-Stage includes disclosure labels and original photos, but you remain responsible for your own brokerage, board, MLS, and local advertising rules wherever you list.

How are listing photos handled?
